Covid 19 Patient Instructions for Attending Appointments

• Are you feeling unwell, or do you have a fever or any possible symptoms of Covid-19?
  If yes, do not attend for your scheduled appointment and call us immediately.

• Have you been in close contact with a confirmed or probable Covid 19 case in the last 14 days?
  If yes, do not attend for your scheduled appointment and call us immediately.

  If you are accompanying another person/child to their appointment, you too must comply with the guidelines above.

Protocol for attending your appointment

• Wash your hands thoroughly at home before attending for your appointment. 
• Visit the toilet at home before leaving for your appointment.
• On arrival in the car park, please phone us to leave us know that you have arrived for your appointment. We will request you to wait in your car & we will phone you on your mobile phone when we are ready to see you.
• You should attend your appointment alone unless it is necessary for you to be accompanied.
• Children attending appointments should only be accompanied by one person.
• You will be asked to sanitise your hands immediately on entering our reception area.
• We will take your temperature prior to examination/treatment
• Do not bring coats or jackets where possible. If you do please keep them on you.
• Keep Keys and phone , wallets etc on your during your appointment, do not place on work surfaces.
• Bring a contactless method of payment if possible please.
